




Sabrina Evans is a giver, she welcomes the opportunity to share her time and talent with others. Sabrina’s energy is exposed in many areas of ministry, but mostly devoting time to their "Food to Feed Program" whereas she prepares meals and deliver to organizations such as Project Connect Nashville, Preston Taylor Ministry and other community partnerships in TN. Sabrina and her husband Glenn a dynamic teacher are founders of House of Healing a 501(c)3 community based ministry, both have been ordained to serve. Sabrina has served as a volunteer Chaplain at Skyline Medical under the leadership of the late Dr Harry Yates, as well as taught bible lessons and led worship at Trevecca Health Care Center. Sabrina worked as Prayer Counselor with the 700 Club, Christian Broadcasting Network and served in jail ministry for several years at the Criminal Justice Center.
Sabrina is a graduate of Stratford High School, she began her college career at Fisk University, however, family matters caused her early departure. Undaunted and fearlessly, she reinitiated her academic quest and now holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology from the American Baptist Theological College, and a Master’s of Arts in Preaching/Pastoral Care from Trevecca Nazarene University, and to add to that a certificate in culinary arts.
Sabrina began her Christian journey at a young age serving at Mt. Nebo Missionary Baptist Church in Nashville, TN. She later moved to Wilmington, NC where she worked faithfully in several areas of ministry at Greater Love Chapel Church of God In Christ for eighteen years. After her return to Nashville, she served under the leadership of pastor Walter Phillips and was appointed Administrative Assistant for Christ Temple Christian Center. She was licensed as Associate Minister and moved forward to receive Eldership ordination at The Potter’s House in Dallas TX through the Higher Ground Always Abounding Assemblies under Founder and Presiding Bishop Sherman S. Watkins, and Vice President, Bishop T.D. Jakes with the Board of Bishops. In an unprecedented act, Sabrina received a second ordination at Christ Temple Christian Center under Pastor Walter Phillips, Jr., Pastor Walter Phillips Sr. of Columbus, GA, and a Nashville Constituent Pastoral Council.
Sabrina is a devoted wife, mother, grand and great-grand mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She and Glenn are not only founders of House of Healing Ministry but the owners of Evans’ Family Catering Service. Sabrina is the author of “Knowing Those Among You” and "God's Elect Ladies" both published by Lowbar publishing and most recent book "From Grandma-ma" published by F4Print Inc., all of Nashville, TN. Recently she recording her first solo album "Sacred Hymns".
